brilliant for travelling with kids
I'd decided to purchase one of these in the last minute, a week before our holiday and it actually turned up before the estimated date.
My daughter is 2 and loved it. She is still quite small so only stayed on it for parts of the journey through to the boarding but will be more useful when she is older and didn't have to drag the buggie with me. Have seen kids age 8+ on these things at the airport so will use it for years to come. It's very sturdy, our sandwiches stayed on one piece and not squashed :)
Don't hesitate!
Two minor let downs are:
1. they no longer do the lime green trunki, don't understand why, searched everywhere and don't do ebay!!! Even though I have a girl, not keen on pink and love the green one so didn't really have much choice and the other more fancy ones are just not worth the price - to me anyway.
2. even though you lock it on the sides when you lift it, it opens a little bit so you may feel like it's all going to fall out and get undone but it doesn't!
Fab idea, looks great

great idea - in some cases
i brought 2 of these trunki's one for my daughter and one for my sister inlaw for our holiday. thinking these where great as could be carried on as hand luggage but there was only one problem when i recieved my tickets and terms and conditions from thomas cook the size restriction was L43cm x H28cm x W23cm and which the sizes of the trunki is L46cm x H32cm x W21cm so they were unsuitable for the airport as hand luggage so im not happy with this product as this should have been stated in the discription!!!!
Hope this helps anyone out there that is travelling with thomas cook and is interested in one of these!!
Fantastic kids suitcase
We bought Trixie the Trunki for our holiday in Scotland, after seeing how popular they were on e-bay. Excellent value for money from amazon, 3 year old daughter loves riding along on her she couldn't believe her eyes when we opened the box from amazon and Trixie was inside, it made our holiday extra special for her. Everyone who sees her with it thinks it's a fantastic product to keep kids happy. We could fit loads more clothes in than we expected, she's riding round the sitting room on her as I'm sitting writing this review, asking to go on holiday again, we're looking forward to using it for many more holidays to come. As always excellent customer service from amazon.
Keep Kids Happy
This is one of the best products to keep kids amused when stuck at some boring airports just take them for a ride around the airport building on the Trunki suitcase and they are happy also when they are tired it saves you carrying them 10 out of 10
